Legendary Hong Kong was founded by true lovers of Hong Kong cuisine in 2014, who were shocked to discover the lack of authentic Hong Kong fare locally. With the inception of their flagship store in Jurong Point, no expense was spared in recreating the experience of a Hong Kong dine-in. 8 top chefs were flown in from Hong Kong, each specialising in a niche area to curate original recipes using ingredients true to the dishes’ origins. This has contributed largely to our success and the longevity of our dishes against other newer concept stores.
