Bao Today was established in 2005 as a Dim Sum café with one intention – to introduce, if not popularize one of the traditional Chinese cuisine, the Bao (Bun) – alongside a variety of Dim Sum delights.
The origin behind Bao Today came about when Dr Jimi Tan, Founder of Bao Today, wanted to emphasise that the buns served in the outlets are all freshly made “today”. This is to bring out the Unique Selling Proposition of our products as fresh & handmade!
