Following humble beginnings Din Tai Fung has grown into an international hospitality brand with a huge following mainly on the back of its signature xiao long baos (steamed pork dumplings), fried rice, noodles and steamed chicken soup that are packed with flavour and always freshly made. Beyond the xiao long baos they do good things with cod and deep-fried tofu with water chestnuts and mushrooms always taste exceptional here.
