Founder Bak Kut Teh has been serving aromatic “Rou Gu Cha,' (also known as Bak Kut Teh in the Hokkien/Teochew dialect) for over 40 years. Bak Kut Teh is meaty pork ribs simmered slowly in a broth of herbs and spices. When done well, as here, it's flavoursome and delicious dish. Other tasty soups include fish, choy sim or pig's kidney.
