From humble beginnings in 1987, and a single outlet in the East Coast Seafood Centre has grown this proud chain specialising in the freshest seafood, cooked with impressive consistency. It's the chilli crab and black pepper crab that are the signatures but the menu also extends to golden salted egg prawns and baby squid which rattle plenty of gourmand cages, as well as the seasonal specials. Service is charming and the ambience often lively.
