Escapism is part of the package at RWS’s S.E.A Aquarium, with an ever-changing kaleidoscope of ocean life encircling you. But it doesn’t end there. Each course is delivered against a backdrop of Reef Manta Rays, Hammerhead Sharks and Giant Groupers, gliding through the transluscent blue water.
The kitchen mixes Mediterranean-Californian cooking with modern Asian twists and plenty of local seafood, 100% sustainably sourced of course. Local seabass, Canadian diver scallops, prawns from Vietnam and Norwegian langoustine – it’s all there.
