Established back in 2010, Swatow Seafood Restaurant majors on Teochew food from the eastern part of China's Guangdong Province. Coming from a Teochew background, founder Jimi Tan may be the heartbeat of the operation but his vision is exectued by chefs from all round the Asia Pacific region. Check out poached squid, crispy prawn rolls, jellied pork knuckle or braised sliced duck, followed by a range of chicken or crayfish dishes. First-rate dim sum is also their stock in trade.
