Its signature is, of course, the Peking Duck. Here, we only serve the famed, premium quality London duck from Ireland’s Silver Hill Farm, and TungLok XiHé is proud to be the first in Singapore to serve it the traditional Peking style. Along with our unique preparation and curing processes which take three days, our precise roasting duration, and served with a special 8-treasure condiments platter, our Peking Duck is undoubtedly the best in Singapore.
