This fine-dining offshoot of the eponymous restaurant in Japan, which celebrates the local Kanazawa cuisine known as Kaga Ryori, is a partnership with Les Amis Group and it fits perfectly in the Shangri-La in Singapore. The trophy experience may be the 11-course omakase that highlights seasonal ingredients from Kanazawa but it is the purity of the cooking methods and the meticulous preparation and presentation that puts Zeniya in the top bracket. Traditional tea is taken super seriously. Wines are good, too.
