Creating a good memory of Singapore food for my guests
Hosted friends from Sydney and Auckland. Authentic Cantonese food that they loved. Roasted duck, roasted garlic chicken, Yam Ring, Fried Beef Hor Fun, Sliced Fish Hor Fun and of course Singapore famous Chilli Crab and Butter crab and prawn roll and others. The roasted duck after the initial dish of duck skin on popiah, the meat was fried with ginger and spring onion, surprising the meat was still tender not dry. Desserts were good too such as Yam paste, mango pudding. Thanks for creating a good memory of Singapore food for my guests
