Brightened by some wonderful views of Marina Bay, this is a terrific setting for eating and drinking in the heart of Singapore. The menu is inspired by the Med – clean, favourful and fresh – and there’s good choice for vegetarians, pescatarians and gluten intolerants.
Choose between oysters, octopus or beef tartare for starters followed by black cod with celeriac puree, slow-cooked lamb collar with green harissa and pommes puree or perhaps a red pepper risotto. Finish with pistachio kataifi or spiced honey cake with balck figs and mascarpone gelato and a walnut tuile or artisanal cheese.
Wonderful views of Marina Bay from the rooftop terrace is another plus and is popular for a quick business lunch, given the location.
