One of the hottest tickets in Dempsey showcasing modern Japanese food in a comfortable but casual setting that echoes Osaka's yakitori-ya (traditional grilling stalls). The urban-chic vibe adds to the experience that might mean, in no particular order, grilled eel salad or persimmon, Iberico ham and burrata cheese followed by miso cod or filled miso pork belly with a black garlic sauce.
