BIZEN Okayama Wagyu Steakhouse aims to bring high quality and exclusive Bizengyu (Wagyu) to steak lovers at an affordable price, with steaks starting at only $18.90+. Having an exclusive partnership with Okayama cattle farmers, they import entire carcasses, handpicked and then processed by experienced Japan-trained butchers, so that diners can enjoy the different cuts prepared and served in the way they are best suited for.
Steaks are ‘caramelised’ on a high-intensity charcoal grill imported from Japan, but beyond steaks the menu also features American favourites such as burgers, chops and chicken done in a variety of ways, often with a Japanese touch, plus wholesome side dishes like fries, salads and Wakame udon. Add in a good selection of wines, saké, shochu and beer and you've just about got the measure of BIZEN.
