People travel from far and wide to catch the sunset views from this hilltop restaurant and bar, set in lush surroundings, 100m above sea level – with perfect views of Sentosa Island and Harbourfront.
Tapas starters include forest mushrooms with a sherry cream sauce, snails in garlic buitter or a Caesar salad with Parma ham added. Main courses might be fish and chips, pan-seared snapper, steak or seafood linguine. Finish with cheesecake or Guinness chocolate cake. Wash it down with a range of bottles beers or perhaps a cocktail: a Mojito, a Long Island Iced Tea or, for some theatrics, a smoking Margarita. Last orders for alcohol is 10pm. Live music on Friday and Saturday (8.30 to 11.30pm).
