Founder Bak Kut Teh has been serving peppery, aromatic “Rou Gu Cha,' (also known as Bak Kut Teh in the Hokkien/Teochew dialect) for over 40 years. Bak Kut Teh is meaty pork ribs simmered slowly in a broth of herbs and spices and these guys think they've nailed it.
