Today, Jumbo Seafood comprises multiple restaurants in Singapore and China, with franchises all over Asia. It may be the national dish of sauce-coated chilli crab that steals all the headlines at this stock market listed group – and don't think we are suggesting you should give them a miss – but there's plenty of other delicious dishes, too.
