It may be the national dish of sauce-coated chilli crab that steals all the headlines at this stock market listed group – and don't think we are suggesting you should give them a miss – but there's plenty of other delicious dishes, too. Think black pepper crab, golden-salted egg prawns and crispy fried baby squid, as wall as seasonal specials.
