Fix your waiter with a steely beam to avoid wallflowering in this great, roomy paddock of a place, where a wide selection of 100 handmade dim sum, including popular choices like rainbow har gao, squid ink char siew bun and the ever popular Liu Sha Bao, plays centre stage. Alongside there are musular Cantonese delights such as Kobe-baked suckling pig and Peking duck. Popular on the wedding circuit, this is a perfectly comfortable option, but the atmosphere is dependent on the group that is dining that day. Attractively priced dining sets are a plus. Service can blow hot and cold.
