Mykonos On The Bay is an extension of co-owners chef Mauro Muroni and GM Gerri Sottile’s time in Greek Tavernas around the Hellenic Islands in Greece. Their focus is on authentic Greek cuisine using the freshest ingredients. How does this translate? Think Mediterranean feast by the sea with Greek classics such as homemade taramosalata, shrimp and cheese saganaki, elies, mousaka, grilled meats and seafood from their charcoal grill. Round it all off with beautifully layered and very sweet baklava.
This is the closest thing to Greek seaside dining, right through to the imported blue and white furniture and decor. People fall for the marina at Sentosa Cove, which accounts for the high number of regulars.
