Sitting elegantly at the top of the iconic National Gallery Singapore with a spectacular panoramic view of Marina Bay, Art is a contemporary restaurant and bar offering a progressive Italian dining experience.

The experience is an elegant gastronomic pilgrimage of Executive Chef Daniele Sperindio’s whimsical stories and memories. Driven and passionate about pushing Italian cuisine forward, the Italian born chef’s impressive culinary pedigree includes award-winning destinations such as Alinea and Narisawa.

Starters might be liver cremoso alla veneziana, sea urchin custard and royal oscietra caviar or organic egg yolk taglierini Santa Margherita prawn and sea grapes. Follow it up with pigeon breast, fichi arrosto, hay ricotta, trombetta della morte and chanterelle jus, and finish perhaps with Japanese egg zabaione, Marsala, mele renette, anice and castagne.
