Chef Hafizzul’s love for cooking was cultivated at a young age when he would go fishing and camping in the wild with his father, foraging for ingredients and preparing rustic delights. His travel of course continued, educating his palate along the way, but chargrilling and smoky flavours remain close to his heart.
