This Duxton favourite really hits the spot with its care-free Latin American vibe and feel-good terrace. The open kitchen means plenty of theatre but the real action takes place on the wood-fired grill. Signatures include 28-days-dry-aged Angus sirloin steak, chicken served with fries and baby lettuce and grilled seabass with a saffron velouté, and there's also delicious squid ink rice with crispy kalamari. Bookend any of these with ceviche and tiramisu. Relaxed during the week but buzzing on Friday night.
