This concept restaurant will play on all the senses as you are served a range of flavours, aromas, temperatures and textures and left to figure out for yourself what you’re eating. Even if you can’t guess, you’ll be let into the secret at the end of the meal, when that tangy, crunchy sensation during your starter will become a lot clearer. Partially sighted staff will be on-hand to assist you during the meal and, in a clever twist, you’ll be asked what you think you’ve eaten in the lounge afterwards, prior to the big reveal – great fun if you're dining as a group.
