It’s all very artisanal, but there’s nothing poncey about the hospitality which is down-to-earth and fun. Gather round the eye-catching central bar and take your pick of a full range of craft beers on tap, by the 200, 330 or 450ml glass. If beer’s not your thing there are plenty of spirits, wine and fizz to indulge in too. The menu finds its expression in some cool takes on the classics: take crispy calamari with mushroom mayo and chilli jam or mac ‘n’ cheese with scallions and a house cured egg yolk or wings that deliver the perfect mix of sweet, savoury and spicy.
