The Gold Standard burger, with two thick beef patties and applewood smoked bacon, balances texture and flavour and is a clear favorite. There are other juicy riffs on classic, straightforward, American-style burgers, cooked with honesty and careful sourcing of ingredients – indeed they import their own Double Gold American beef from Wisconsin.
