This age-old street hawker has been located in the Amoy Street Food Centre since the 80s, and its tasty offering has never waivered. Their Hokkien bak changs (rice dumplings) are its stock in trade, filled with marinated pork that is braised till tender and mixed with roasted chestnuts, shiitake mushrooms and glutinous rice. Awesome.
