If you’re wanting to make your Covid bubble your universe, for September and October you should get yourself along to RWS’s S.E.A Aquarium and grab yourself one of Aqua Gastronomy’s gourmet pods.
The main event of this bottom-up experience is, of course, the ever changing kaleidoscope of the oceanic habitat that surrounds you. But it doesn’t end there. Each course is delivered to a choreographed show performed by divers swimming amongst the marine life. You’ll see Reef Manta Rays, Hammerhead Sharks and Giant Groupers, all doing a turn to ambient music and dynamic lighting.
And the food won’t let the show down either, with modern Asian cooking and plenty of local seafood, 100% sustainably sourced of course. Local seabass, Canadian diver scallops, prawns from Vietnam and Norwegian langoustine – it’s all there.
